Lately I have been listening a lot to Delilah after dark on radio. She really helps me unwind after a long day at work! I just felt like writing some good stuff about her. It may seem like a cliché but I think her program has an air of freshness about it, the candor, the passion with which she spreads goodwill over the airwaves is almost contagious! Hats off to her! The other good thing about the program is that it lasts all the way from 7:00 pm to 12:00 pm. That means you can catch her on airwaves in the night no matter what time you return from work! One of these uneventful evenings, I tuned in the radio to Delilah, and a 13 yr old boy dedicated this song to his grand mother on mother’s day. Suddenly I find myself reaching for the volume knob on my SUV’s dash-board. The time-less classic – I just called to say…from Stevie Wonder ( and don’t even get me started on how much I like this guy). It made my day!!

I sometime do hear other radio veterans like John Tesh during the morning commute, but evenings are mostly dedicated to Delilah after Dark! In the south bay area you can listen to Delilah on KBAY 94.5 FM Mon-Sat 7p-12m.
