Recently I did some research on the capabilities of Sharepoint and if it was possible to build interfaces around it. I was surprised to see the advanced capabilities of the product. The Windows Workflow Foundation can be utilized to further enhance the capabilities of the product. The search features and the collaboration features are also great. The product supports complex document retention policies and document converters. I am planning on getting couple of licenses for our company and ride this productivity wave!
